Haddow, in south west Edmonton, Alberta, Canada is a residential neighborhood designed in the shape of a triangle. To the south west of Haddow is Anthony Henday Drive. To the south east is Terwillegar Drive. North of Haddow is 29th Avenue and a strip of undeveloped land.
A newer neighborhood, with the majority of single family homes (78%) being constructed after 1995. Along with these single family homes, apartment type condominiums (11%) with 5 or more stories, duplexes (6%) and row houses (4%) were built to complete the development. These single family, condominiums, duplexes and row houses are all owner occupied.
Centrally located to the Haddow community is Haddow Park. It’s features include asphalt walking trails, playground, athletic fields, a toboggan hill, and ice rink that is open during the winter months. The park also provides a dog area, on-leash only.
