Hillview, in south Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, is located in the Woodvale area of Mill Woods. The residential neighbourhood is bordered by 66th Street to the west, 50th Street to the east, 38th Avenue to the north and 34th Avenue to the south.
Most of the neighbourhood was developed in the 1970s and 1980s, with over 87% of its housing inventory being constructed. Roughly 54% of the residences are single family homes, followed by row houses at 24%. Apartments account for 16% and duplexes for another 5%. Just over two thirds or 68% of the housing is owner occupied.
There are two schools that service the neighbourhood. One is the public Hillview Elementary School, the other is the John Paul I Catholic Elementary School. The Grey Nuns Community Hospital is just south of the neighbourhood in the adjacent area of Tawa. Residents also have easy access to the Mill Woods Town Centre mall at the far side of Tawa.
