Twin Brooks is a triangle shaped neighbourhood in south Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and is one of the newer residential areas in the city. The majority of the homes were constructed after 1985 and the preference is for single family homes, followed distantly by duplexes. Almost all of Twin Brooks is owner occupied, making this a stable, community minded neighbourhood.
Twin Brooks is bordered by Whitemud Creek on its western end and Blackmud Creek to the north, hence the name. The southern end of the triangle edges up to Anthony Henday Drive.
The George O. Nicholson Elementary School is located at the edge of a much appreciated artificial lake. The neighbourhood is home to the Twin Brooks Public Health Centre and the Twin Brooks Community Centre.
